Hve you tried the cafe at the garden center on SZR? They're kiwis ( I think) but may well have done something special for you lot? I know they do a brilliant anzac bikkie. I've just found and bumped up my cheats lamington recipe I used when I was there to tide me over. It's not world class, but it's simple and when you need a lamington and haven't had one in ages it tastes practically the same!
