That shop called 24/7 has them and they're really yum. I used to buy them after work.

Meh, I'd go a fingerbun or custard tart before a lamington. And pavlova with banana and passionfruit before those! Although Tim Tams might undo me... PMSL at Sam D's DH'. Cheeky!

Cyclone T I could not agree more. My sister works for Arnotts in Australia, why didn't I ask for a tim tam 'care package' to be sent over in prep for today??? But really the lamington is the what I want most.

The Kiwi's can have pavlova. I'll take a lamington anytime. I don't usually eat cra@p but today I want lamingtons, tim tams, redskins, choo choo bars, violet crumble and anzac biscuits - and I have none :(

Hve you tried the cafe at the garden center on SZR? They're kiwis ( I think) but may well have done something special for you lot? I know they do a brilliant anzac bikkie. So, you Kiwis are flogging lamingtons as well as pavlovas now??? ;) started off in NZ you know :D You do realise you lot are just a suburb eh?

I've just found and bumped up my cheats lamington recipe I used when I was there to tide me over. It's not world class, but it's simple and when you need a lamington and haven't had one in ages it tastes practically the same!

Ding, I don't know where you are and how far you will travel for one, but Dome Cafes always have lamingtons. Happy Australia Day!

All I want is a lamington today for Australia Day. Had a look in Spinneys and Lime Tree Cafe Jumeirah this morning - nothing. Wished I had the time/patience to make some. Really craving one now.
