I know about one good dental and medical center in Dubai. I have discussed it before as well its [url=http://thedentalspa.org/'>TheDentalSpa - Dental Clinic [/url'> Visit the website its in Jumeirah its one of the best medical centers in Dubai. I went to the Dental Spa and loved the hygienist. But when I saw the dentist who owned the Dental Spa - I was six or seven months pregnant - he told me I had five cavities. I've never had a cavity so I was shocked. He wanted to drill right then but since I was pregnant, I said I'd wait a couple of months. He kind of pressured me but I still said no. So I had the baby and went to another dentist. Lo and behold, the other dentist tells me I don't have any cavities and never had them. Will never go back.

Thank you for your feedback! I used to have an American dentist I liked at Drs Nicolas & Asp and, when she left, I asked her to recommend another dentist there. She recommended Dr Asp. I saw him once last year for a check-up and did not take to him AT ALL... Nothing to do with his professionalism but as a person it just did not work. It never happened to me before, and I have been to the dentist's since the age of 5! So, I am looking for another dentist...

Anybody uses that clinic and could recommend it? Anybody has a good US-trained dentist that they could recommend? TIA Definitely not. Left there as they were appalling but this was about 5 years ago now. Maybe they have changed.............. About a year ago the original orthodontist left and they have someone new from the States. I have two of my LO's being treated by him and have been really happy with the service and outcome so far. HTH's SD x However this post was not about orthos - it was about dentists in general.... And that is why I should never post before coffee ... silly me :)
