Hi Ladies,

I've been looking for an anti-snoring pillow for a while now and can't find it, does anyone know where they sell them? My husband is going mad from my snoring and I've been waking up tired and have a sore throat from the snoring. Need one ASAP!

Thank you:)

Is there anyone still following this topic? I’d love to know of any recent anti-snore pillows youve liked.

I too snore ... quite badly :( and after trying one thing after another over the years I have found the magnetic nose clip works best. I only ever found them in the pharmacy in the Marina Walk (the nose clips look like this one: http://www.dickwicks.com.au/show_product.php?pid=DW60NC and have a magnet either side). They're very comfy to wear and it works! Hubby swears by them and keeps recommending them, even though I'm the culprit lol :) I'm going out now to buy one and try it out tonight, thank you Quizzme. Lets hope it works for me too. My husband actually recorded me snoring, I sound like a monster

I got it from Debenhams home section (in MCC). It was cheaper than the Tempur ones and seems to do the trick! I wouldn't be without it now

Try a few drops of marjoram oil on your pillow, it's supposed to relax the muscles that make you snore. Worth a try at least..... edited by Sue R on 29/07/2011 I will definitely try this, I'll try anything really! I feel sorry for my husband. Thank you for your suggestion

I find that any pillow placed on the DH's face then sat on, cures snoring very quickly :D Been married to a professional snorer for 34 years!! lol JoyceB my husband actually told me he did it to me once and it stopped my snoring, but i know he was kidding. I hope he was anyway :)

I bought a Silent Night memory foam pillow (like the Tempur ones) and have seen a dramatic improvement! Might be worth trying Hi Coffe_Mate, where did you by the foam pillow?

No not yet, but I went to my GP and she suggested the anti-snoring pillow because she couldn't see anything wrong. If that wouldn't work then i'll definitely go and see an ENT Surgeon.
