I'm a part of qnet and I can proudly say that yes it's a , legal pyramid, value chain... whatever you want to call it. Luckily in my business everyone from top to bottom has an equal profit share unlike jobs where the people sitting on the top hoard money while the lower staff who work harder and are more skilled work longer hours and get paid less. Also it is not illegal in the UAE. We just has a week long business conference in September this year and the crown prince of UAE and other sheikhs were present there. There is a difference between facts and opinions. Please get the facts right from the insiders instead of from people who just give opinion.

But they are very much alive in UAE. I have had an ex-colleague pester me to join for the past 1 year. I wonder that if its so successful why are they desperate for people to join even when they have made it clear that they are not interested. I have had to block this person as I used to get constant calls/texts/whatsapp messages from him re this. edited by mumcurious on 28/08/2014 There are plenty of illegal home businesses which are flourishing in uae. This company has opened one of their subsidiary offices in uae but it's not tied to the Pyramid scheme they are operating. I have known many people who were arrested and deported for doing this business in the uae, guess they conned the wrong person. Even Etisalat and Du constantly block the business websites hence they have multiple websites so people can operate locally. Because they are trying to recover their huge investment they end up harassing / pestering people to join.

Qnet, questnet, quest and the various other names it goes by IS a pyramid scheme. The owner of this con business has opened many kinds of subsidiaries so they can tie up with clubs and such. Over 10 years back, this company was selling only gold coins with the same business model. They took peoples money and scooted, leaving people broke. Till today they have not repaid their investors and have reinvented themselves as qnet. Their products are crappy such as glass discs which they claim have healing properties and creams which they claim again have ingredients such as silver. Substandard products and the pyramid part is, 3 on the left and 3 on the right to get paid a really tiny sum. They focus on their IR's is to sign up family and friends first (which most of the time is either easy or creates a rift in the relationship) so initial stages one would seem like they are making money. However, within a year, one realizes how difficult it is. They are excellent at brainwashing and making the investors reinvest all their money. So far only the people who joined at the very beginning have made money, as of today, most people are wise to this pyramid scam. If you do the math, it's simply implausible to ever make decent cash. Today, I know a lot of people who were taken up and left their jobs to do this con business full time only to cry now and try to find jobs which is not easy as they have lost years of valuable non productive time doing this. This company is HQ from Malaysia and [b'>have been banned in UAE [/b'>and other countries along with arrest warrants for their leaders globally. I am also pretty sure it is against the forum rules to advertise a personal business. But they are very much alive in UAE. I have had an ex-colleague pester me to join for the past 1 year. Qnet is a network marketing company - not a pyramide scheme (which is illegal worldwide). Some of their products are very interesting, especially the holidays. Network marketing is taught in a variety of business school/universities. Read about it in "The Business of the 21st Century". Network marketing is hard work and takes time to bring you the promised income. Invest in that time, and you will succeed - no effort, no success, no money! edited by crystalsindubai on 14/10/2011

I was already approached by someone and a lot of people told me it's a scam! Why, is it some sort of pyramid scheme?
