We are leaving Dubai and we have a lovely villa in Jebel Ali. 3 beds, plus maids room.
We have to take up the garden and remove the fence and gate before we hand it back.
It seems such a waste. If you want to take it in, it's available mid. June, you can have them for free. No Agents fees.
The rent is Dhs 156,000 one cheque or Dhs 165,000 for four cheques.
