Anyone interested in a very nice 4-bed villa in mirdif?
We only rented our villa in november but sadly due to redundancy are having to leave. The landlord is going to re-advertise at the price we took it at but we are also looking for tennants as we would like to leave within the next 4 weeks. It has 4 bedrooms all with bathrooms, two living areas, inside maids room with bathroom, and a shared pool and gym. The villa is part of a 10 villa compound off 71 street in mirdif but it has a private entrance with secure parking and garden areas to the front and back. The landlord will accept 100,000 a year and 3 cheques. It's a lovely villa and we are very sad to have to leave it.
