Have had to get our HRC fix in London last week and it was FAB! So......anyone got the inside scoop on when on earth will the Dubai one re-open - it's been a couple of years now without a HRC here and it's just not funny anymore. The Marketing lady was on here last November......where is she now??????? Anyone know if they will be open soon - would love to be able to take my little boy there for his birthday as he keeps talking about the pie in the face they do for kids birthdays and he sooooooo wants that for his!

yes so why can't HRC tower have one of them and reopen :D it was the best place everrrrrrr (apart from Highland Lodge). what was that other place called. Dungeon Dragons. that's not right. in Astoria hotel? and Pancho Villas :D Because the land has all been sold to a developer, the building too from what I gather.

Remember when that Hard Rock Cafe tower was the tallest tower up that end and seemed like the other end of the earth from Dubai....LOL! Yup, we all thought they were crazy having there as there was literally nothing else that end of town. The HRC couldn't continue operating as it's license was under the hotel next door, which was demolished. yeah the Palm Hotel - pulled that down - they ran out of alcohol a month or so before closing but it was so good we still went. Wish they had just kept the staff on and kept it going it would still have done well. The staff were fantastic. Yes,the staff were great. I still have a hard rock dubai t-shirt :)

It was closed down a few years ago. I wouldn't be surprise if the tower that was suppose to be built in its place has been stalled dued to the economic crisis.
