A few letters which have been sent from Switzerland to husbad's office PO Box address have got mislaid along the way. We need some documents from our Swiss bank asap and apart from asking them to use DHL or Fedex, which are horrendously costly, I wondered if anyone knows if I can give my English S&S address to the bank and get dox sent on to me from there? I'm presuming it will be just as quick as sending the dox direct to the Dubai PO Box, but is it a possibility to use my S&S address that way?

Thanks for those responses! I've just realized there should be a way for the bank to send us the dox using their online mailbox but I can't see it happening! Never has before!

As far as I know unless you have specifically advised S&S not to accept mail on your behalf (had some trouble with companies sending catalogues etc and then being billed for shipping) they will send on and charge you for anything that arrives in your "box". HTH

When my friends receive a credit card for me at home in the US, I have them send it to the S&S US address. It generally works quite well, though last time (a couple of months ago) it took 3 weeks for the letter to show up in my S&S mailbox. I am not sure whose fault it was, but it was not fast! :(
