A friend lives there and it is just lovely! great views and lovely fittings like kitchen and bathroom etc - her only complaint is that the fitted kitchen doesnt have a dishwasher. Also visitor parking is rubbish but i think thats the same with anywhere in marina :) HTH

By the way I'm not sure if the sewage smell is coming from the tower it self or the construction site beside the tower.

we call it the "toilettower" as there was there was always a very strong sewerage smell infront of the building (between bus station and tower). At the moment there is no smell but the last 2 years it never last for long.

A friend looked at an apartment there when the building first opened and said it was lovely. Very spacious. And in a great location. Well worth a look i'd say.

Is this the tower opposite to the Original Six, near to Stefano's at the Marina Walk ? Yes, it is. If you were walking from metro station to marina walk then its on the corner facing the habtoor building as you walk down. S

Hello Ladies, Does anyone live in this tower next to marina metro? If you have any experience, or know anyone who does, please let me know. All thoughts welcome as I am struggling to get much info as apts very rarely come up and it seems popular but, at the same time, relatively unknown. Thanks! S
