Hi EW!

My parents arrive this week and we were thinking of going to Atlantis. Now we have never been there but thought maybe we could show them the palm, beach, water park and possible dolphins (are they expensive?). My parents are 54+ and dad would enjoy the water rides, mother the beach and relaxation. But what should we do? Is it worth it and 2x 30 year olds and their parents or is this more of a youngsters thing? We have a voucher plus residents discount. Have any of you done thins and what do you think? Thank you in advance , just want them to have a fantastic time as they have never been here before xxx

We did "The Royal Swim". About 1000 dhs pp. the entrance to Atlantis is included in this package, so the vouchers are of no use. However the cashier did fix something. Why not call them and ask them how to benefit your discounts apAND do the Royal Swim.

prices are on their website. My DD is desperate to swim with dolphins but i know the cheapest package is around AED600 per person and you cant use Entertainer vouchers on this but you do get entry to the water park. Thanks Feefmick, will have another look on website. Couldn't seem to see it before. Just think if we're going then should do the whole shebang x

It really depends on your parents, are they "young or old" fifties. DH is fifty and had a blast in the Aquaventure rides. I, late forties, love being in the water, and the river and rapids are very relaxing. Swimming with the Dolphins is a lovely experience, if you take the "middle" package. So it really depends, if you're all active and love water, you will enjoy, although most people are there with their children. That said, most adults do seem to enjoy. Thank you Oopsiedaisy. They sound well suited then. Even with the relaxing rapids. Do you mind me asking, how much does it cost to swim with the dolphins or does that include the rate you paid? Either way what price would we be looking for 4 of us to have the water park, beach and swim with dolphins? X
