Turn them in, at least to the security, we turned in someone in the lakes for driving across the foot path almost mowing down some kids so they could get through to Zulal 3 quicker... they were in trouble for it.

Yup report them. You see that always makes me nervous. I always stop to let people go at the zebra crossings, but I worry when they get past my car if the guys in the next lane are going to stop. One didn't this morning!

Baby on Board...idiot at the Wheel...Brain at Home Was it you with the multitude of baby on board,princess on booed stickers who sped over the zebra crossing on the wrong side of the road in the lakes when the person in front of you stopped for 2 children on a bike were already on the crossing? If so... I did take your plate number and am thinking of turning you in Turn them in, TURN THEM IN - live in the lakes...speed limit is 25 - which may be too low, but does not excuse the speed and recklessness that some residents drive at!

it was me... im the guilty one that started the thread a few days ago and had a backlash from people on here about being inconsiderate and generalising. Thank for your posts though, i feel your frustrations. Im thinking of starting up a facebook page to ban mothers from driving in the UAE as they are a danger to all of us on the roads, including themselves. (that was a joke before you all start giving birth!) Just wait. All I have to say to you is wait and see ...

Well the lady we saw that deserves driver of the year wasn't sporting a baby on board sign when she backed into the front of a locals Escalade on Jumeriah Beach Road on Friday night in her oversized F150 that she couldn't drive. When we finally got her attention that she hit the car (which she should have felt the thump on) she got out, looked at the car informed us all that it was just a scratch and got in her big oversized vechicle and sped off. Of course there was a big dent and paint transfer from her car to this black suped out escalade. The owner of hit vehicle was not pleased and turned in said driver immediately for a hit and run.

Oh and the Land Rover who was up the backside of the car in front in the fastest lane of SZR, who after a failed attempt to shoehorn him/herself into the central reservation hard shoulder to overtake, decided to try to overtake on the right, but got caught behind another car, so had to pull out behind the original not-fast-enough vehicle again... ... with a baby on board sticker FAIL <em>edited by Hello.Again.Kitty on 02/04/2011</em>
