Hi ladies,

A friend of DH is coming over in 2 weeks time, and he'd like to do a brunch. We have a lively 3 yr old boy so we need somewhere that has great food, as well as something for the little man to do. We are looking at spending 350 a head for a soft drinks package as none of us really drink. We did Lattitude at JBH last time he came over, which was OK but not WOW! Your suggestions and experiences would be great!

Thanks

You won't get better than the Bubbalicious brunch at the Westin - the kids are extremely well catered for food wise and entertainment wise - and it's superb for the adults too! Ask for a table on the terrace close to the bouncy castle and then everyone is happy.

We went to the Westin yesterday and it was fantastic. Food was superb and they have acrobats, petting zoo and a special room for the little ones.

The Mistral at the Ibn Battatu Gate Hotel has a petting-zoo and a bouncy castle. The food is fine, but there's not much of an atmosphere. (On the other hand, I really liked Latitude's brunch but it is definitely more adult orientated).

Saffron or Kaleidoscope in Atlantis, Saffron is a bit livelier but both of them have good food.
