So a friend of mine has an itchy spot on her breast and I really think she needs to get it checked.
Can anyone recommend a specific Doctor?
I'm very worried about her and I don't want to take her to any hospital.

Well first step is she needs to go and see her GP. If they think it warrants further investigation, they would then send her for a possible ultrasound and mammogram - but she's need a referral for those. First stop GP.
