Wow just wanted to share that today we went off to Du in Media City to organize moving our Du to our new villa and what brilliant service

I have had some bad times with them before but today was so so different

Brand new offices big spacious well organized no queues and brilliant friendly and efficient staff !! Now doesn't that make a change . .. it was a pleasure

Good customer service should be praised so we spoke to the Manager

do not want to be the devils advocate but wait until 1. they turn up at the promised time 2. they turn up at all 3. they actually connect you 4. you really get the speed you paid for - and only after that post the words "brilliant" and "du" in the same sentence!!! Currently it seems like a large overstatement. I hope you prove me wrong, but I lost all my faith in them.
