we did a yacht cruise for 4 days from Olympus to Fetiyah on the med coast of turkey. Was just something we booked on the spot in turkey on a whim, and I wouldnt have called it luxurious, but still a great trip. So that sort of suggests that trips are possible from there. Travel agents have lots of glossy books on cruises.
