Hello, can anyone advise what happens if the POA won't return your deposit and you're leaving the country. Our POA is being very unhelpful and I feel this is what's going to happen when we move out. We are relocating home soon after move out so obviously won't be here to try get it off her. Is it a case that we just loose it? It's 14,000 so it's alot of money to us! I presume you can't force them to hand it over the day of move out? They will say they need to check it over etc and then come back to us. What if they don't answer your calls and won't meet? Has anyone any advice on this? Thanks

What's a POA in this circumstance? do you mean agent or landlord's rep? Power of Attorney? A POA would be working on your behalf wouldn't they? Anyway probably best to ask how long it will take aft...
