Had been to Al Rashidiya Registration centre and found it quite confusing so am posting the directions ....
Driving on the Airport road (from Deira to rashidiya) take a right turn after the Bin Sougat Mall on to the 30th street. Drive down to the end of the street and at the round about take a U turn and come back on the other side of the 30th street.
Take a right on st 49C,
at the round about take a right on to st 56a
then a left on to st 47c,
then a right on to st 58b
and then a left on to 35c....u will have reached the registration centre :)
