thanks guys....I will live in hope someone has recently visited an exceptionally helpful account manager and has their direct line.....pleeeeaaaasseeee..... as you mention below it is killing me to speak to customer services in India. Their suggestion is that I write a snail mail letter from abroad, to speculatively enquire as to whether someone can call me back. And presumably wait an unspecified amount of time to possibly receive a letter back to say yes/no/not understand/answer a different question/want more information sent by snail mail, or not, and thereon.... and apparently there is no lunacy in this solution.
Thanks for the twitter suggestion...I will give it a go.
I would say it is probably easier to talk directly to the Queen/Sheikh Mohammed!
Probably the most awful bank in Dubai.
My husband has aged overnight dealing with them. Not sure how they stay in business.
Sadly not. Unless you can get the personal number of someone in the branch, they won't pass you through, or give you a local number. The way I got one? Tweet them! You'd be amazed at what social media can do.
I really need to speak to someone, preferably in the Jebel Ali branch, about some urgent account issues, and am not able to go in person for a number of weeks...
Thank you...
