Hi Ladies,

My friends father is very sick and has been in hospital for over a month and now they are allowing him to be dismissed and go back home. I am trying to look to see if i can buy a used hospital bed something that automatically can move the bed up and down so it is easier for him to get out of bed.

Does anyone know of anyone that is selling one or a place where i can buy this?

Thanks will be much appreaciated for your help.

We were in Dragon Mart over the weekend and I was shocked that one could even find medical equipment there. There was a shop selling everything from walking sticks to what looked like life support beds in furniture section of the mall. The shop was very busy with customers. Given that everything else there is attractively priced, give them a try. Thanks marina! i will try there aswell... thanks so much

if he does not need it forever, he can hire one and the hospital should be able to inform him where the best place is. So, the hospital has not told him, try Life Pharmacy, they rent beds etc and anything else to help your FIL :)...
