I am very fit now, you can consider trying that as well

oh really, thats fantastic, I have about 20kg to lose and also part of the PCOS means that I have insulin resistance, so she sounds ideal for me then...next question, do any of you remember a telephone number and how much it costs roughly?? I am usually a wiz with google and can find anything but I can't seem to get hold of this lady!! Thank you for replying, i really appreciate it!

she is well known and very good in what she does: she is an endocrinologists specializing in hormonal and diabetes induced weight problems. she is one of the few doctors who works from her true hearth i would say and she helped a number of people from my social network. i keep hearing about her whenever someone has a weight loss success. she is great with serious obesity, like losing 40 kg, not sure if 5kg is really hormonal but for sure you can try her. she has extremely long wait lists though, months... the diets are personalized but in most cases carb reduction based. she works with a dietitian.

Really? How? Diet? I am just curious. I cant follow any diets unless someone specifically tells me what and how much to eat. How much does it cost? Did you lose the weight from being completely sedentary and not eating right or were you trying before but not seeing results (in my case enough results. I work out, eat ok but still have at least 5 kgs more to lose). TIA
