Du or Etisalat for Business Blackberry

Which company is best for business blackberry service? Our office is currently using one of these companies for our business blackberry services (not going to say which one), and after two weeks and 3 visits to their office, we still haven't got our local blackberrys set up for office email. (We have definitely established that the issue is with the local service provider.)

We're thinking of switching to the other provider, but don't want to run into the same issues. Does anyone care to share their experiences with either Du or Etisalat? Which would you go with?

Thanks in advance for your help!

I work in a small office and we are all on Etisalat with our Blackberry. Have had no problem with them for the last three years. To be honest I think they are all much of the same. I'm not really getting your problem either. Assuming you are with Etisalat they have a designated Blackberry place in Dubai Mall near Waitrose. I'm sure one of the guys there could help you out.

Du customer service is much improved if you go to an electronics shop that hosts Du as opposed to the Du counter. Had a rubbish experience at the Du counter in MOE but just upstairs Fono or Phono are a Du retailer and are sooo much better. However saying this colleagues and friends are all on etisilat, business and personal plans. I am on only on Du due to current blackberry offer.
