HI SQ, There is a Carol Lecart at the Belgian Medical Services, Healthcare City. 04 362 4711. Also, Dr. Simin Ahari, at Dr. Simin Medical Centre, Jumeirah Beach Road, 04 344 4117 HTH I go to Dr. Carol. She's very thorough, but not geared toward the cosmetic procedures as many dermatologists now have become.
