What's the difference in getting bridalplasty as cosmetic surgery at any other point in your life? It is what it is...if you are into it, you would probably have it done at some point in your life anyways. Chocs01, really, does it have to be "American trash" -- I don't know why nationality always has to be discussed negatively. Plastic surgery is done all over the world, not just in the US.
