Thank you for all the advice, I am trying it right now. I am eating only from 8am to 6pm. Lets see if I will get a good result.

Its not too difficult to cut out eating (even milk in tea) after 9pm and then just have herbal tea/black coffee in the morning. Last as long as you can. I generally don't eat before 1pm so all eating in an 8 hour window. We're all different but its one of the easier elements of dieting for me and gives me less hours to go off the rails (9pm - midnight).

this was a topic on the news this week actually -- how a couple of business professionals will do intermittent fasting and as a company they will extend that fast for 24 hours once a week which they then break together. i couldn't do it myself but good luck and respect to those who manage to!

Hi. Im not much familiar with Intermittent fasting but I followed Keto. Keto-ish actually. As this diet is kind of restrictive, i just made it simple for me. I just avoided 3 main things- Rice, Potatoes, and any flour-based products (mainly bread). Weight slowly decreased, but steady. Works for me. Hope it will for you too. :)

Hi ladies, I currently do intermittent fasting for the last 2 weeks with 16 h fasting and I lost 3.5 kg in 2 weeks which according to the nutritionist it is a good result. Do not think to loose to fast weight it will have an yo-yo effect and you will put it back. I am having a very good breakfast and lunch and only snack as a dinner not later than 7 pm, depending on when I have breakfast the next day. Also is recommended to do 4 h of any activity /week (walking, running, sport, swimming). Good luck :)

Hi Miss Panda, Take it easy at first and start pushing your body to fast longer. Start fasting 12 hours and eating window is 12 hours; let's say your last meal at 8pm so have your breakfast at 8am. Then push it to 14 fasting hours and 10 eating window; dinner at 8pm and breakfast at 10am. You can control your hours according to your convenience really. if you could manage to push to fasting 18 hours that'd be brilliant! I find it easier to have my last meal of the day by 4pm so I can have my breakfast at 8am. It's a mental challenge at first after that you'll like it!
