So I thought i'd share it with you all as i've just managed to save a batch of white tops/t-shirts for the first time ever! As a last ditch attempt I bought a Clorox Bleach Pen from Spinney's and would you believe it it works! :-)

Is NAPISAN available at all SuperMarkets??? Could I get it at Lulu or C4 ? It should be in C4 and Lulu, I know you can definitely get it in Spinneys and Waitrose... its in a pink container.

napisan?? for some tough stains I usually leave dish soap on the stain and then before putting it in the wash I rinse the area with hot water yep napisan, I soak all whites in it and they're always sparkling white, and if you have tougher stains you just make a paste and put it on the stain and it removes it in almost all cases, all the directions are on the box!

Second Sunlight too... DD always spilling tomato based food down white clothes. So long as I wash on a cold cycle, I can then hang in sun and it vanishes.... edited to say that is the clothes I wash cold and hang not the DD :) edited by emlsnre on 16/02/2011 Glad you clarified that for us, Emlsnre :)

I find leaving them out in the sun usually does the trick! Even used to do that in the UK (where it wasn't particularly sunny!)
