Try all the advice you find on the Internet, if it still does not work, call Computer Direct Access, who are the Apple Service people here. They deal with all of the apple product warranty stuff here. However, due to the huge sale of apple products on the grey Market here, apple do not cover any product that are not purchased from an authorised apple dealer. We bought ours from the apple store in HK in November and we had to provide the receipt and get authorisation from apple to have it fixed here. Our iPad was replaced, approval was given sighing 48 hrs, but had to wait two weeks for the new iPad cos it was shipped from Europe. Am I making sense? Been a long day!

1.Turn the iPad off and turn it on again. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on top of iPad for a few seconds, until a red slider appears. Then slide the slider. Then press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears. 2.Reset iPad. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
