my laptop has recently packed up and after searching for a company i found laptoprepairs . they are based in bur dubai but will arrange a collection if you dont have time to go there, inspect your laptop and call you and inform you what it wrong with it, how much it will cost etc. then they fix it and send it back to you. they are really great. also for the work they give you warranty. they were so professional, i would recommend them for sure. good luck.x

We have had our p.c. repaired at Office Outlet on S.Z. Rd. They did it while we waited. However, it was a year or so ago so maybe call them to see if they are still doing them and also if they do laptops.

if you have the warranty and the receipt take it to the shop you bought it from... I got mine from jumbo and I sent it there without a receipt and they fixed it without paying for it (they had it on their system, thankfully).. mind you i had to follow-up in person and over the phone countless time to get them to move their butts! just like anything in dubai (but i didn't pay so hurray!)

Look for the customer service centre of your laptop. Otherwise there are lots of shops in AL Mussalla , AL AIn shopping malls bur Dubai. Also when you go to York international hotel in bur Dubai itself I have seen a lots of shop. Might be of help.
