I'm looking for a good, early starting (8/9 am), kid friendly breakfast venue for this weekend. Definitely not a brunch. I've tried More and Shakespeares, any other suggestions? Many thanks.

Arabian ranches golf club do lovely breakfasts with pork bacon. Their pancakes are fab and they'll do them with chocolate for the kids. Lovely to sit on the terrace and the kids can roam around while you wait for the food to come.

Pain Quotidien, there are branches at MoE and Dubai Mall, plus JBR Walk. Lovely selection of croissants etc!

Mosaico restaurant in the Emirates Towers hotel in DIFC There are no activities provided for kids but it is kid-friendly enough.
