I don't know about freezone companies as they only go through immigration, but for all other companies they are required by law to provide 45 days paid maternity leave. However, you must be outside the probation period.

Hi, I am new to Dubai and have just been offered my first job here. However the contract has no mention of mat leave policy. Is there a set UAE law or a website stating employment laws which is mandatory for companies? I come from the Uk where there are set basic standards and a bit lost with how employment laws workin uae/ dubai!
