Good morning Sholay I have very recent experience of living (but not working) in both places. Vancouver in Canada & Noosa Australia. Weatherwise I preferred Noosa as it is an OK all year round climate it seems to me. With Vancouver the huge amount of rain from October to April was very depressing for me but summers there are great!! The best situation for us (not having to work or with kids) is to have summers in Canada May to October & winters in Australia Nov-April which is of course their summer.

wow, what a choice. For me, Australia would win and quite easily. I like the way of life there and have seen some beautiful areas. This is also true about Canada, but the extreme weather conditions just ruin the whole thing. UNLESS you like that.

Where would you find it easier to get a job? Where would you speak the language (remember there's a French bit to Canada!)? Which climate would you prefer? Which style of outdoors life would you prefer? Would you like to have close access to the US or wouldn't it bother you? Which has cheaper flights home?

I wish to migrate from this place, but not sure Austrailia or Canada. Checked out the points structure and I qualify for both. Iam not sure which option to choose, based on what? Other migrators, What helped you decide and what advice would u give?
