Hi I used Globalpack over a year ago but just recently I used Good Move Removals and they were less than half the price of Globalpack plus there were no damages with Good Move but Globalpack did scratch some of my furniture. Good Move Removal were also negotiable with their quote as I was aware what a friend had paid them!

Busy moving to Oman now. Got a shedload of stuff (5br house, garden stuff and shed, pool table etc). They come, pack, ship, do border stuff and unload other side for 12K! Couldnt argue that!!! Ooops, forgot to say, thats with Pack n Move, who moved us from Mirdif to The Villa six months ago :). They were great - even made the beds!!! We used Ocean Air Movers (050-5883270) last week and are very happy with them! Professional, no hassle, nothing broken and a decent price compared to others. The guys even remembered how the very messy bedroom of my 4 year old looked like, put every teacup back in place. Ask for Binu or Sunil.

I have used Leaderpack for both local and an international move - they were great. They're not the cheapest but I certainly got what I paid for.

Used Bridgeways 3 times , pricey but excellent, the 4th move tried Global as they were recommended on here, much cheaper but damaged quite a bit of furniture especially wardrobes. Will stick to Bridgeway in future! You definitely get what you pay for! <em>edited by jam43 on 19/01/2011</em>

I'm moving right now! Going to the other side of Victory Heights. I called a few companies in Dubai and the prices a joke, so I called Safeways International Moving company in Sharjah. They are excellent and a good price.

We've had good experiences with Thames Shipping - twice. You can call Thomas on his mobile 050 846 0356. You have to bargain with him a bit to get him down on the price, but we found them to be reasonable and reliable.
