Hi, my daughter is in KG1 class in Le Petit Poucet Nursery – Al Safa. They have FS1,FS1, KG1 and KG2. Their graduates also have booked seats in schools after. I think Swiss School and AFLEC because they are bilingual English/French like the nursery.

Hi, I wanted to know about some nurseries which has FS1. Since I am quite late in thinking about school I should now think about removing my son from the current nursery and put him in nursery which has FS1. Thanks in advance... I suggest Dewdrops in JLT or Barsha - they have FS1 and FS2. Little Gems guarantees admissions to Gems schools but I found it very expensive. These days admissions are possible in most schools if you apply well in advance. So put your child in an FS1 nursery and start your applications for schools as soon as they open :)

Cocoon nursery does fs1 ..it's in jumeirah 1 and quite well established. Or you should look at some nursery where kids get priority in some school to make the fs2 admission easier

My son is going to Safari Kid Nursery and he is growing and learning at a tremendous place. I can't stop praising it given the facilities, staff and the way they have helped my son grow in the last few months. Check them out. I am keeping my son in there as they have FS1 available as well and also have tie-ups with a number of schools for later admissions.

our LO is starting at little land montessori - they are up to FS1. timing wise however, keep in mind that if you're working and require late pick up, they are only open to 2. they are incredible, and the staff are amazing- the atmosphere is palpably exciting and engaging for the kids. have checked out tons of other nurseries including ones mentioned in this thread and my reactions were anywhere from unimpressed to horrified. good luck!

My daughter is currently FS1 at Little Gems Nursery. If you place your child there, they get priority placement at GEMS schools for FS2 next year. The Little Gems branch in Barsha is much nicer and the staff is better than the one in Safa (from what I've heard the other parents say!) but the fees is higher too. My daughter has been happy at LIttle Gems Safa, no major complaints but we havent been too happy with it either, there is definitely room for improvement, but it was for just 1 year so we stuck it out. You should also look at Inspire Nursery, my daughter was there when she was 1 year old to 2 years old and we loved it, the staff is great and they have an FS1 programme. We just didnt send her there for FS1 because we wanted the priority placement,but if thats not important to you then I highly recommend it.
