Desperate to get back into training and get rid of those lumpy areas around my bum and legs - every woman's worst nightmare! I was doing really well but then I went home for a few months and ate and drank too much - as you do!

I was going to a fabulous personal trainer on The Palm but I lost her details. Her name is April. Don't know her surname.

Has anyone been to her for training - can you please send her details. DESPERATE to see her again!

Thank you for all your suggestions. Just signed up for NYLA on the beach at the Fairmont. 5 days a week for 5 weeks starting next week. I must be mad but it's right next door to me so I should have no excuses. We shall see ;)

Rob does a circuit class and a boxing class on the palm on tuesdays and thursday mornings at 8.30. they are great classes, just ladies and he is great fun ! classes are AED60 on pay as you go but there are packages you can purchase that make it cheaper per class. He's with Urban Energy fitness.

Thanks Rach28. That definitely sounds like the right April. I have just saved her phone number into my mobile so I don't lose it again. SH12 - April is a great trainer. I was working with her for a few months, twice a week in the park and loved it. April had me kickboxing and boxing which is not what I would usually do but found it really helped toned me up. Sessions were outside (a must for me) and were great fun, I would definitely recommend her.

Think it's probably the same April, she is fab! Just did a session with her this morning on Palm 0501850065. She has started doing a brilliant class on Palm too, mix of circuits & boxercise! Great fun :)
