DH is on a bit of a health kick and has asked me to buy powdered egg whites and whole wheat pastry flour.

I though I could find this at Organic cafe, or Spinneys but no luck.

Has anyone seen either for sale in Dubai.

what do you use the powdered egg white for? can't it be replace by regular fresh egg white?

You can get powdered egg white in the baking section at Lulu Al Barsha. It is the Dr Oetker brand. I have bought wholewheat flour from Lulu and Geants in the past.
