Problem with cleaning service

I've been using a cleaning service for about 6 months now and had the same cleaner come to me on a weekly basis, in January, very suspiciously, she was sick very often. So I called the company and asked for them to send me a replacement lady. I then found out that the regularly scheduled cleaner had not paid the company for two cleaning sessions and had said that she was not paid by me, which are lies as I am meticulous with payments. I have contacted the company on three different ocassions over the course of last week since I found out about it and asked them to investigate the matter as this is a serious offense. The manager keeps promising that the he will investigate but has not done so.
What do I do now?
