Not too mad Marina end. Did a round trip from DG to the Greens and back via SZR and absolutely fine. Few puddles on the side roads, but nothing to worry about.

We just got back in from SZR and it was really terrifying out there. Am in desperate need of a snifter or two.

OMG. I just drove out onto the SZR for the last 20mins (I think the rain pour peaked then), hoping to go to SPinneys as we've run out of food, never made it, just turned back on the SZR again.....soooo dangerous, road work barriers blown into the middle of the road, can't see any lane markings, can't see where the road edge is, roads like a sheet of mirror, stupid idiot drivers still insisting on accelerating towards you to close the gap when you indicate to show intention to change lanes.....NOT doing that again. Relieved to be back in one piece. :\: edited by Sugarbeach on 10/04/2011

I would not go out now...the roads will be more dangerous as drivers are not used to rain.

Yes, because the loonies don't know how to drive in the rain and the roads become slick. You might as well be driving on ice!
