shortening IKEA Venetian Blind?

I wanted to get some Venetian blind however the length Ikea is offering on the wooden Ventian Blind is too loon.
they offer 255 cm but I would need only 210 cm.
Do you know by any chance id its possible to shorten them?
I need 130 or 140 with ( ikea has 140 so its ok)
and 210 length
The one I want is 275 AED at Ikea.
Do you think I can get them cheaper at dragon Mart at a size I want ?
