Hello
So now it's the 3rd time we are having to take our Audi into the service centre (paid 3000dhs in feb to fix AC, then had to take it back last month, and AGAIN this month because the AC stopped working)
Not to mention they aren't providing me with a courtesy car, making life difficult for me with doing school / nursery and husband drop offs / pick ups

They are charging us 4,400dhs now. 3,300dhs of which is labour cost. Ridiculous !

There must be a cheaper alternative out there, has anyone used independent garages or service centres to fix problems with their car?
Thank you

My husband tried out Accurate garage at Ras Al Khor as our car was out of warranty. Great service and didn't break the bank!

You can try to visit powertech autos their service is very professional. I used to go to different other garages but i find them unprofessional but with powertech i have fixed my porsche and audi many times and i have no regret visiting them again and again.

I have just experienced the same issues as OP but with Deutsche Technik. Next time my car needs anything doing I will be trying Munich in Al Quoz. It happens. You will not find a garage anywhere that has 100% positive feedback. The question is, are you influenced by the 10 people who didn't have a problem, or the 1 person who did?

Thanks so much. Just in the process of getting some alternative quotes from the two mentioned below I just sent them the list of proposed works from Audi so hopefully should get easy enough response. Just can't believe how incompetent and overpriced the official service centre is!

There are many reputable independent garages in Dubai. For specialist Audi service, try [url=http://www.dtservicecentre.com/'>Deutsche Technik[/url'> in Al Quoz. I use AAA behind the Gold & Diamond Park, English manager. I use it for my ford but have seen lots of higher end cars there. Reasonable and so far haven't tried to sell me anything i don't need. http://www.aaadubai.com/aaadubai.htm edited by mannikat on 12/06/2014 I have used them for my golf, VW are in Rashidiya so far away from where I live and their charges are ridiculous, I have had no issues with them either

First rule of car servicing - NEVER use the official dealership if you're paying for it out of your own pocket... There are many reputable independent garages in Dubai. For specialist Audi service, try [url=http://www.dtservicecentre.com/'>Deutsche Technik[/url'> in Al Quoz.
