make sure you get one on the outside of the building not the inside as they don't get much sun light in there

Well I don't think they use a daily maid as they both work... However I must say it looks great inside, they have good security and with restaurants, a beauty salon and a decent size supermarket all in the same complex, the main disadvantage of being so far away does not seem that bad at all.

Hi analyst, I have friends living in Skycourts and they love it there! DCooling charges are AED 400 p.m. for a small 2 bedroom apt. They love the fact that each tower has its own gym and the open air pools are lovely because they are generally shaded from direct sun by the towers shade.

Thanks lot Asti... Now i am thinking what should do as the rent is less but such high charges of around 800 dhms/ month will wipe out any benefits of less rental amount.. Anyone who stays there can please contribute more

Apparently Skycourts are known for excessive cooling charges (reading from previous threads). There was also a newspaper article about this. http://www.thenational.ae/news/uae-news/residents-protest-at-cooling-charges
