I am feeling down!

our Nanny is soo good, but she decided to leave us, AGAIN!!!
she is too greedy and keeps wanting so much more money. she has 3 jobs and earning good money but it seems like she wants more! i can't put up with that so i am just going to let her go.

My LO is 7 months now, is it worth going through the hassle of finding and trusting another maid or shall i put him in a nursery?

i can't think right now!!!

Thanks Ladies. Yes i work and sometimes i think about quitting my job and staying home.. i will go mad but it would be best for my son i guess. i am searching nursaries in EW so that might be a better option!!

If she has 3 jobs then that's illegal so you're probably best to see her go..... there are lovely maids around it's just finding one that fits with you and your family. We usually only hear about the awful ones but to be perfectly honest - most of the people I know here have good, reliable, trustworthy maids and most have been with them for a number of years too. So, take a deep breath and start interviewing and remember - if they are greedy don't continue with the interview. You will find a gem but you just have to keep on going until you know you've found her. good luck!
