I hope someone tells me whats going on :( 4 years driving same rout from business bay toward DIP and never got fine, i always set my cruise control on 120 and i drive but this week i had speeding fines almost every day i have checked the police website i have my rear plate pic there but am so positive i didn't drive more than 120 , 4 fines in a week and all of them almost same time with a minute difference, could it be error ? if i take it to the police court and complain i have to pay half of the amount of my fines ... do u know if i lose the case my money will go ? anyone has an idea why this happened ?

well if the fine states you're 21-30 kms over the speed limit, then clearly the limit has changed or you're going faster than 120. They've been changing a lot of speed limits and reducing the grace limit on many roads recently. Go slower and see what happens.
