Hey ladies!
Dh and I are planning on a holiday sometime from Apr-June, and decided on Cyprus and Jordan. Not sure which months are best for Cyprus. Did some online research from Dnataholidays and noticed reasonably priced cyprus (AED5200 per person for 4 nights in a 5 start hotel with breakfasts in Limassol) packages. I prefer architectural/ historical tours and bits of beach/ocean sight-seeing, away from the total party scene.

Due to my work commitments, I decided on packages (includes flight and accommodation)... Love the typical book-pay-fly-land-cocktail by the pool!

Any hotel suggestions? Anyone used Dnata and ranked them reliable?

Thanks heaps!

boysboysboys & Yorky: Great input!! Totally what I wanted to hear, good/ reliable comments about Dnata. Like many travellers, the last thing we want is pulling hairs out for a refund due to their sudden cancellations/ unavailability and all common talk-the-talk services. Thanks :D

Whilst web sites are great and can be cheaper in some cases they are also completely unhelpful in case of emergency. When we got stuck with our kids when we were away last year trying to get back was a nightmare calling a number on a website that did not work. I'll never book online again! I have used Dnata a few times since and always very good - we have done Maldives, Mauritius and Oman with them.

Try Agoda.com for cheap hotel rates. I've just received a quote from DNATA and they are cheaper than me booking everything myself direct. I thought they would be more expensive and I very rarely use a travel agent because of this. I would go to one of the offices and give them your details and let them quote for you, I'm not saying it works out cheaper for all holiday packages but it's worth a try.

ermmm...you are aware that you can book flights etc seperately and save, ohhh about 85% of your flight/hotel price? Just sayin Oh Arohadxb, you're not the first, my colleagues burst out saying they would rather search for cheaper packages, booking a 3 star hotel and such. I'm still all ears looking out for better rates :)
