We are also in the same position. Landlord is nice so we don't mind. He calls and asks if it is ok and we say either yes or no. Lucky for us the second set of people who came to view took the place.
Susy we are in the same position. Honestly we do not care. We came to an agreement with the LL that we would willingly show the villa certain days of the week. The agent is to call us 2 hours ahead of the scheduled time to confirm that they are coming. So far this has worked out for us and our LL.
ETA we also have agreed upon times that they can show the villa. With absolutely no viewings after 4pm

Once you've given notice, which should be 3 months, they can start bringing people in at times you've agreed to. If you want to check this you can with RERA.
However, if you really don't what people in, just make your house a real mess for the next visit, and agents + landlord won't bring people in again as they'll not want to show a messy house :)
Does your tenancy agreement mention you must give access for viewings? If not I would say no or stipulate one day a week or a few hours a week which suit you.
Our lease is not up until end of this month but our landlord has instructed an agent and I have had them in the villa for 3 viewings over just a week. Is this the normal practice or should the landlord wait until we have vacated?
