I'm pretty sure I've seen them in Geant so possibly the other larger supermarkets will sell them. You would also find them in Tavola. edited by amelia on 25/08/2012

We bought a very expensive set of saucepans when we got married 34 years ago and they are still going strong. They saw a lot of burnt disasters at the beginning of my married life and looking back they are worth it.

Crate and Barrel at MOE carries some Calphalon and All-Clad cookware --- good heat retention, a bit pricey, but will last for decades.

Recommend Tavola, the one near Safa Park sometimes has a sale, and they are great value then. Not sure when the sale is on, maybe someone else knows...

I bought a fantastic set at @home in Mercato Mall. They are also in Dubai Mall across from Waitrose. A little pricey but o so worth it.

Go to Al Diyafa store in The Courtyard (4th Street in Al Quoz, next to Lime Tree cafe). They have professional cooking equipment, it's a cook heaven!
