The new Dyson Supersonic hairdryer is selling at £299.99 in the UK, which works out at approximately 1400 Dhs here in the UAE. Although it's not available to buy here yet, you can order it online and have it delivered.

We want to know - would YOU buy it? Have you already bought it?

Our team tried it out and you can see their verdict here: http://www.expatwoman.com/dubai/monthly_reviews_dyson_supersonic_17055.aspx

Does it sound cheaper when it's in Dirhams... Or is that just us...

I've already purchased it and I'm very happy with it. Yes it is expensive but the quality and technology is excellent. It feels like a product that will last for a long time so in my opinion its worth the price tag.

No, I won't pay that much for a hair dryer that I need to buy a hair brush to do a proper blow dry to my hair. It's exactly like all the others - cheap and expensive - brands that I need a brush in the other hand that hurts my wrest. Nothing compared to the attached rotating brush to the hair dryer ????????

I believe that some vacuumes not only suck up the dirt they can be used to blow up airbeds. So this had me wondering. If I bought a dyson vacuum I might be able to also use it to dry my hair. Two for the price of one. Bargain.:lol:

Nope I love my hair tools but unless it can straighten or curl my hair without me having to touch it at all then it's a rip off

Saw it in action and was impressed. I think I would fork out the money. Dysons are for life. Have a vacuum I bought in 2009 and it is still going strong.
