I'm not sure about their training. The lovely lady who looked after me was Russian (I think) and knew what she was talking about. As mentioned below, the owner is lovely so feel free to call her and ask any questions. Her name is Leena.
Thanks for the replies, I really appreciate it. One last question, where are their stylists from? In other words are they salon trained, trained in Dubai? Just wondering what their experience is really, thanks again x
It is in Discovery Gardens right at the beginning in Zen cluster, I haven't had hair done there but been for some other things and It is really nice, the wax is so gentle as I have really sensitive skin. The owner is also a lovely lady who has put her heart and soul into the business it seems :) So I rather support a place like that. x
I went to Zen recently for a cut and colour and loved it! They are limited to the number of colours they have but it was so refreshing to sit in a salon that doesn't stink of ammonia. The atmosphere is calming and the staff are so lovely. I usually have my hair done in Oz with normal products but Zen were able to match my colours really well and my hair looked so healthy. They have a facebook book page which also advertises their monthly specials.
Give it a try!
Hi parker,
I tried to have a colored hair from zen, from natural black to mahogany brown but nothing happened. As expected, natural dye do not have ammonia for permanent hair dye & the outcome will never be as what we want it to be.
I really want to start using organic colour on my hair, pretty grey. found this salon on line tonight and I am hoping that some of you may have tried it out and can let me know how you found the colour results? Would be grateful for any feedback. Thanks Parker
