7 weeks along - Need Help with choosing the right Doctor and Hospital!

Hope all well with everyone here... :)
We got to know arnd 10 days back that I am pregnant. I should be 7 Weeks now. We had been trying to conceive for almost 2 yrs now and Alhamdulillah, confirmed the good news last week.
We have been looking at options on the best doctor to consult in Dubai and also delivery. I do not have an insurance so need to find an option that is best yet affordable.
We enquired in many hospitals on their packages and rates and found that Latifa and Al Baraha are the cheapest here and also, Al rafa Hospital in Mankhool.
But the prpblem with latifa is that you have to do antenatal there, else they wont take up your delivery.
Al rafa has antenatal for 4000 from week 12 to nine months.
Can someone please suggest the best and affordable hospitals for consultation, antenatal and delivery?
