My DS is 9 months. He had reflux but that settled down at 6 months. Lately it seems that he is either putting his hands or toys to far in his mouth and then vomitting. Or occasionally eating solids is causing him to gag and vomit. Only started about 2 weeks ago. Teeth aren't in yet but he does have 2 bumps so I'm not sure if that's associated with it.

I think it's one of those things where they will learn at some point. Both my two had a good gag reflex but could never bring themselves to waste any food, so would manage to keep it in their mouth, give it a few more chews and swallow it again! Noice! lol ewww.... my 3 yrs old does that sometimes. It's quite comical really, but yes... ewww!

I don't have advise Hun. DS is 17.5 months & he still doesn't have a good control on his gagging reflex. He was also suffering from reflux & was over it at 7.5 months. But he still throws up if he gags of stick his fist in his mouth :(
