hi all. about a month ago i dropped my 11mo midday feed as he wasn't that interested and now i am doing just the morning and night feed. i replaced it with milk from a sippy cup which he loves.
now i am planning on dropping the before bed night feed as i'm doing some work soon and won't be here to give it to him.
i am not keen to re-introduce a bottle so am after advice on how you may have dropped this feed without upsetting the night time routine.
many thanks in advance for input

My 14 month old B-feeds a lot more than yours by day and I'm not trying to drop the before before bed feed yet, but I know friends who have done it basically started giving it further and further back in the routine, so instead of "bath, book, boob, bed" you go "bath, boob, book, bed" for a week or so and then "boob, bath, book, bed" so that eventually you are giving the boob in the lounge before you go upstairs for a bath, and then replace this with milk from a sippy cup. You can give a 5 minute cuddle between book and bed to make the transition less abrupt. If he doesn't take enough milk from the sippy in one go, then you might need to add another cup during the day as at 11 months milk still needs to be a big part of their diet (and technically it should really be formula at this age although you are pretty close to the 12 month mark)
