SIL has been trying for a baby for almost 3 years now. Initial tests at their own family doctor have shown that there is a problem with him and he has been on medication which obviously hasn't helped. Can anyone recommend a good fertility specialist/clinic (even better if they have a good reputation for male fertility problems) that doesn't push IVF at the first appointment. They are both still young(under 30) and would obviously leave IVF as the last resort.
I really want them to find the best medical help. So any feed back will be much appreciated. TIA.
